Tasting Notes : It has an intense nose with dominant fern, lime blossom and elderberry. Very nice taste balance, around a round and silky attack. No clearly perceptible acidity. The aromatic complexity is expressed on dried fruits, elderberry and toasted bread. Very long persistence.
